Omar Apollo – Spite

‘Spite’ is a visual tribute to the singer’s origins, where we witness the discovery of freedom through dance and movement, reconnecting with the primal emotions of what makes us happy. From a scene of motorcycle acrobatics performed by real policemen, a nostalgic nod to the figure of Pedro Infante – and his 1952 film “A Toda Máquina”- to a group choreography performed by children with their faces painted blue. A response to the frustration of not being able to be with someone in a long distance relationship -as the song itself says- which is transformed into a liberating dance with Omar as the protagonist.
